Magpie splash by DeeOtter Magpie splash by DeeOtter
A pair of magpies were splashing around in a watering hole in the elephant exhibit at the zoo. A goose then came in for a landing chasing one of them off.

Decided I would splice together a sequence/random shots together to show the splashing action. This may or may not be a single magpie.

It was fun to watch, till the goose came by and scared them off. But then they went up into a tree and groomed some more.
I think the one on the right is standing in the water, but is all fluffed up.

Thanks.
I find myself taking quite a few sequences of corvids doing interesting things. It's just finding a way to mush them all together.
