The cougars can see the black bears from the den viewing, both at the glass and above. Palus is watching Takoda tear up a sapling tree.
Palus is over 6 months old, her spots have pretty much vanished, and her eyes are transitioning into an adult golden color.
Later in her life, Palus will move to a new zoo.
