O_oBut...err...I don't remember giving permission to use the picture as a reference. I don't have a problem with it. I'd just like people to contact me first, mostly so I know what they're up to and so I can see the finished result.
Can't draw my way out of a paper bag so seeing drawings like this is pretty neat.
And I'll feel like a complete bonehead if there's an note somewhere giving permission!
Or maybe a calendar.
The only magazine I have some hope of getting into is the Connect magazine that AZA publishes. This is my last year to enter the contest because I won't be a volunteer at an AZA institution any longer. Unless I start volunteering at Grizzly and Wolf, which would be pretty awesome.
Hopefully I'll be making a trip there soon. I'd like to see the new grizzly cubs they have.
And I'll make sure to say hi to them.
